I don't know if anyone has been watching the Eddie Izzard Marathon Man program on the BBC3 - you should, it's astonishing and to be honest just fascinating - but now hasa wee personal touch; on the 15th marathon, when he has the two lads on the bikes cycling with him? Well, that's my neck of woods; he jogs cheerfully down the Northway (which I sometimes take to get into work), and is shown passing my old primary school.
Aw, bless. Typically I was in St Andrews at the time of filming, but there we go.
Today I have been very busy indeed; frantic at work, a two-hour slog around Ormskirk (in which I bought a beef joint; I was a dutiful and nauseated daughter), updating my CV. But I have found some yoghurt-covered raisins that I forgot I bought, so huzzah for that! Also now it is my weekend, and thank bloody christ for that. Tonight I shall watch Deep Space Nine. YAY.
