Farscape
Firstly, am listening to the BEST remix of Flash Gorden. Which may be one of the best films I've ever seen. Camper than a row of pink tents and plotholes the size of Texas, it's INSPIREDLY WONDERFUL. And the song! "FLASH! Aaaaahhhaaaa... he saved every one of us!" Plus, the guy who played him goes on to be Aris Boch. Wunderbar.
Just watched the Farscape episode La Bomba. Living in the happy knowledge that no one who reads this diary will care if I give big honking spoilers, I'll just give a quick warning anyway. THE YANKS HAVEN'T SEEN THIS EPISODE! Okay, done warning.
It was rather good. Love Farscape. Love action-based episode that are also parts of big arc... reminds me of the heyday of season 2. It was witty, had cool ideas (SIZOKU'S A FAIRY! Teehee), made me a lifelong member of SINAG (Stark Is Not A Git) and made me slightly more of a Sikozu fan, even though I still prefer my girl Jool. :P
It's also the second to last episode we'll EVER get for Farscape, and that makes me sad. Farscape is a damn, damn, damn good show. The opening credits alone would blow Eastenders out of the water- if it was regarding as more than "one of those weird space shows." I ask you, what's wrong with those weird space shows? It's far too bloody good to be cancelled. (By the Sci-Fi Channel of all things, which SPECIALISES in "those weird space things")
Thursday is the last ever episode of Farscape ever. I shall shed a tear. For now, I will settle for Cookies and Cream Ice-Cream. Yuuuuum....
