Tomorrow will herald the beginning of the last day of school. There's a lot of people I don't like very much, or simply don't know that well to like.
"I don't know half as you as well as I should like, and I like less than half as you half as well as you deserve."
But we've all been scurrying around like busy little bees signing books and whatnot, and I've had some REALLY sweet messages, not just from my bestestestest mates in the world (I MEANT to type that) but from people like Joanne, who I've known since before I can remember, and we were best mates for years. She's put down loads of little things I'd forgotten, like when she used to come to my house, and we'd steal twixes from the biscuit tin and stuff. And then there's Mel, who, to be quite honest, I always had down as a vacuous air-head put a really sweet message. Hayley was sweet too, and Louise was lovely.
Oh, GOD I'm going to cry again, and it's not helped by Dad chopping onions next door. (Our computer room is next to the kitchen)
I'm leaving school way too soon, and poart of me can't wait... and part of me doesn't want to leave behind all the people I know for new scary people who I don't know. At least Martin's going to my college... I have ONE friend going with me on the bus...
New topic, not depressing at all!
I'm here to blatently plug about, fingers crossed, ME being on telly!
To cut a long story short, we have a Beatles tribute band in our school, and their damn good... and they will be on Stars in Thier Eyes on Saturday at 7pm! (Also with a Kate Bush, an Avril Lavinge and a Daniel Beddingfield if memory serves) Aforementioned band members are, depending on which one, are in my form/music/English/maths/French class, and they're ALL in my year. And the little documentary thing was filmed in my music class! *bounces* Apparently they'll use either that one OR one shot in Liverpool, due to the Beatles connection. (And the fact that we're about 20 miles from Liverpool) Hopefully it'll be the class one, cuz I'll be on that. *big grin*
So... while I realise that Stars in Thier Eyes is a very painful viewing experience, if you've got a free night, just flick over... please? *puppy dog eyes*
Obviously, UK peeps only. Sorry. :(
I'll stop plugging now. Namarie! ~Hathy_Col~
