hathycolHoly hannah, it's cold. Especially in the room with the computer in- dumbass extension. *shivers* We had the heating on last night, and that really, really is a miracle considering that Dad won't turn the heating on until the water freezes in the taps. Brrrrr! Actually went to college this morning with scarf and gloves to accompy the jacket because it's so bloody cold in the pre-8am light. What it'll be like when it's still dark I don't want to know.
Anyhoo. I have to go to work soon. That'll be warm. Always is. Maybe it'll just be... bearable?
(Randomness: I'm not a Limp Bizkit fan. The fans of them put me off. But... I quite like thier new song. Sounds v. good on the radio.)
What else did I do today?

flickerswitch and Helen have all pathetically begged Oliver, the English teacher, to see if we can do both, which he says we can. Phew! So that's a fun day sciving school, and also Key Skills. Oh, what a pity.
Speaking of media andflickerswitch, we are finally actually working in media studies. The opening to a horror film. Somehow, our's has morphed into a spoof horror film. Working titles: The Optician OR Tranaty The Eyeball Slayer and just simply Eyeball Hunter. It's about a monster. And slo-mo. And an evil-fighting optician, who is called Tranaty and wears black leather. We're spoofing, people. And I can't wait! Even if I do have to bring in googly eyes (couldn't find any red ones, we're going to have to mess about in paint) and a black skanky top. Ho hum.
Bejeezus, it really is cold. I'll go away and hide somewhere now, where it's warm.
