Gods. Yahoo and BTInternet. At the same time. I may go insane. We all know how I feel about Yahell... (although I do agree with Camilla Sandman in that Morgoth definately invented it)

I'm feeling quite cheerful at the moment, although I do have to work overtime at work- an extra two hours since they hav a 10% sale on. Not feeling healthy, either. All my smug "I'm feeling healthy!" has come back to haunt me. Sore throat and coughing. I'm gonna be great fun at work. Oh well.

Anyway. I still love American Gothic (Caleb is evil!) and I've taped Dead Like Me since I was at Guides last night. And I saw about three minutes, and it looks goooooood. So there's something to do tonight.

Oh, and mettanna, have fun with the ten episodes of season 1 I've sent your way. All on two tapes, too! Yay my meticulus taping!

Hatessss 10% sssale daysss we does preciousss!

Looooong, looooong day today, not too bad though. Scarily busy, and we ran out of £1 coins. And 50ps. And 20ps. Ack. The tills also crashed and dided on me, but it did it to the bloke next to me simultaneously, so that's ok. Stupid tills. It was just a stupidly long day, and having a sore throat is a really bad idea in a job in which you have to cheerily talk to people. About 2.00 I was looking at my watch in mild horror of "I'm here... for another... god, four hours?" But now I'm home, and I have tea and chocolate, so I'll snuggle down and watch Dead Like Me and American Gothic in a minute. Ah, fandom.

Been a bit of a crappy day weatherwise, hasn't it? Okay, I realise that's a teeny bit ironic of me to say (Isabel, anyone?) but it's been the sort of day with rain and whatnot, which I don't mind, but I wish it'd make its mind up. It takes away the fun of curling up in a blanket if it suddenly goes sunny again...

Yeah. Anyway, I think I'll go now. Stuff the politics and meda stuides, I'll get it done tomorrow. It's not actually that long. Oh, and I have that thingy for the magazine to do, but that's not too tricky. And, and TolkienAThon stuff too.

But it's all doable, for a change! Yay!

Oh, and I watched Evo this morning for the first time in a while. You know, since Magneto is that bitter of WW2, and was saved by Captain America and all, don't you think he'd be just a little more pissy to Nightcrawler? I don't get it. Hmmmm.
