(no subject)

Well, today has been productive. Nice change, really.

Firstly, I think I'm pretty much sorted for tomorrow. I know where I'm meeting osiris13, shipperkitten is making the nicest meal on little planet Earth, I've wrapped various presents (admittingly they're about as personal as a doily, but there you go) and I even know what I'm going to wear.

Secondly, I went out and saw Katie and Andrew today. Katie got me a Legolas poster. It is Very Pretty, and it's one of those mosaic ones which is rally quite clever and will give me hours of entertainment trying to work it out. Lord knows where I'm going to put it, mind. ROTK was just... plain... wow. Again. I cried. So did Katie. Andrew merely laughed at us. Don't really blame him. However, the words of the film really struck me this time, especially Aragorn's speech. I was quite close to shouting "RAAAAAH!" and looking for a sword. Slightly worrying, really.

Thirdly, I have Written Fic, and finished it too. It's a little vignette for the scribeoz Winter Wonderland challenge, and it's silly, but I like it. Cos Gimli rocks.
