New Bagenders Random Slashy Interlude AND a new Episode up! [livejournal.com profile] osiris13, go read, I want to obsess with you! Same goes to you, [livejournal.com profile] flickerswitch, I want you read up for Monday!

They have a new site, too: http://bagenders.rosiesamfrodo.com/

Go. Read. Delight.

I am feeling much better after my wangsty post last night. I do apolgise to various people from OS who added me and are probably rather disturbed now.

I feel better, if you can't tell. I was generally fangirly last night, and watched FotR again, and for the first time I noticed Fatty Bolger. If you don't believe me, listen to Bilbo during the party. Is scary. (It's like the Imrahil moment. Except that was, in fact, wrong.) I also watched Jonathon Creek, which was... disappointing. Apart from the wonderous moment in which the midget was eaten by the python (genius) I felt rather let down. As do many other people, it seems.

Woke up disgustingly early, as Megan was shouting again and I didn't really have any choice unless I put my head under my pillow, which meant I was uncomfortable which took away all the fun of sleeping. As such, I woke up and actually got up, too. I even watched two episodes of Farscape, the Aurora Chair ones. Scorpius! Gilina! Stark! ("Mysideyourside!") Talyn! I love those episodes. Apart from anything else, they were still intricately plotted, stunning to watch, and appealed to the outside viewer. I love Farscape, but towards the end it got... weird. I can sort of understood why it got canned, especially in a TV world that throws ten celebrities into Australia and leaves them to rot. (Okay, so I'm a hypocrite for actually enjoying that.) But these were... just... really good.

I miss Farscape.

Andrew came around today, and I have managed to talk him into seeing the Harry Potter movies. I can hardly claim to be a great fan of them. This is mainly because I'm still convinced that I would make a kickass Hermione, but no, I was a year to old for casting. Typical. (Recast! Let me apply! Please, Oh Powers That Be!) However, Andrew is somewhat obsessed with the fact that the cast are really rich and famous, especially Tom Felton. But he's never actually seen the films, and claims that he doesn't want to. Why? "Because I might enjoy them!"

I have managed to bribe him into watching them with me on Wednesday. Victory is MINE!

So, now I shall go and get a cup of tea, and I will sit down and read Bagenders. Then I will fianlly finish over the betaing task. I've been working at it all week, and now I have about 20 pages to go. I'm quite sad, actually - I'm relly enjoying this fic more than I should. When it is published, all go and sing the praises of [livejournal.com profile] loneraven and [livejournal.com profile] amchau for they are wonderful.

This made me laugh.

One last thing: as promised, this is an icon of Milton from Office Space. Go and hug him, for he is sweet.

So, the second dog Molly has gone. Shame, really; I was quite getting used to her. She was quite sweet when she wasn't having sex/fighting/biting/flirting with Tai. She was fluffy, and they looked sweet together.

If I could have dripfed her valium, possibly, wouldn't have minded her staying. Dad will be gutted, at any rate. He treated those dogs exactly the way he treated Megan and I when we were younger - completely equal and fussed them to death, treating them almost like... I don't know. Brothers?

I miss the days when we all used to go shinning up trees and quarry walls in Ruff Wood when I was younger. I went back recently, and they seem a lot smaller. I really do miss being eight. I know life wasn't that idyllic, but isn't it nice to look back and pretend it was?

Anyway. Molly is gone. Tai looks heartbroken, and I can't really blame him.

I quite fancy fried food - blackbird thingies. Basically, you make bread, jam and butter, then you cover it in egg yolk and fry it. Sounds foul but tastes delicious, trust me. I will go and make them as soon as Megan and her friend have evacuated the kitchen. I quite like this friend though - we had a long conversation before on the merits of the character of Lorne in Angel and Why Cairdeas Should Reopen. We've decided that she can swap families with Megan.

Oh, bless. I'm getting rather obsessive over Coronation Street at the moment. I was hooked at the exact moment Roy started singing the song from Babe (or Sheep-Pig as I call it, what with reading the book first) to his not-daughter. I shall go and download it now, because it's lovely and because I've been humming it for hours now.
