Mar. 26th, 2008 12:04 pmSimon is here. Actually, he's in the shower, but that's by the by. It's been a good and mostly quiet week, but today I have managed to drop my phone down the toilet.
Don't ask. I was flaming sober.
Er. So I now have to buy a new phone, as rather typically I'm waiting for a phone call from the nursing home. I also have to, in the next month, pay my car tax, pay my rent, pay for a journey back home and GOLLY GOSH I do believe that we're due gas and electricity this month. All this is conbined with thr sinking knowledge that I cannot, therefore, afford to quit my job, which is tempting, given that this morning we started a lottery syndicate out of desperation to be shot of the place.
Anyone wants to give me enough money to make it through the rest of university, I AM HERE AND WAITING. Come on, mysterious great-aunt who I've never head of but wants to put her niece through university!
