May. 24th, 2010 08:19 pmOkay, I should have stayed indoors. I spent much of the later part of yesterday outside, and today I was outside a fair bit too, registering at a new GPs (don't ask!), cleaning out the car, and then reading in the garden.
Despite slathering myself in suncream, I am apparently completely stupid in terms of application, so have slightly sunburnt top-of-breasts (not in a nude sunbathing way, in a 'I'm wearing a vest' way), a tiny patch on my arm and a weird patch on the opposite collarbone. So I am randomly pink in places, although luckily it's not the sore kind of sunburn. When I burn without cream, I really burn - deep, angry red with white spots, turning into peeling and tight skin. This is just mild pinkness, but still, it's very annoying.
T-shirts for me this week, I think. On the bright side the rest of me remains a reliable white other than my freckles. Personally speaking I think that freckles are cute, and I quite like when mine come out, so I'm not complaining!
