The last two weeks have been filled with Experimental Exercise and to be honest the best bit of all of it was the bit in yoga where you lie on the floor and fall asleep. And during that bit, they talked about spirit guides. Spirit guides. When mumbo-jumbo that I more or less 100% now associate with Boring Chakotay Episodes is the best bit of exercising, then I suspect that I am Doing It Wrong.
I didn't fall off the cross-trainer when I was at the gym today, though. That's an improvement on last weekend.
