Snow. Again.
Feb. 27th, 2004 05:17 pmI'm sitting here nursing a cup of hot Ribena and loving every single minute. It is my traditional Snow Drink, after all.
It started snowing last night, and I woke up to a lovely white blanket of the stuff. Happily tramped through the park this morning, listening to it crunch, and then I thought it would be the end of it. So, off I toddled to college. Politics was dull. English was too, as all she did was give my story back, look confused, and say "Well, what was all that about then?"
*head in hands*
Then it was key skills. Can't say anything about that for fear of swearing. Lunch was suprisingly fun, even if
flickerswitch did eat my sandwich - I found pancakes! Media consisted of a great debate on gender stereotypes, in which I couldn't have been less butch if I'd shaved my head and walked around with a rainbow flag. Always fun.
And then it ws snowing again! HUGE great snowflakes! Shame I had to get on the bus, really. Except it wasn't our bus. It was a single decker inhabited by the residents of a double decker. Chaos reigned absolutely and completely, with people throwing paper and whatnot. Was suprised that did not swear.
And then I went home, in the snow, although it doesn't seem to sticking. Shame.
Swear jar=50p.
Tonight, I shall be shouting at various Guides about their absence at Thinking Day. I shall then shout some more. Then I will stomp down to the chip shop with the rest of them, and we will spend the night in a cold hall. Just what I'm looking forward to.
Off to try and make a post for
msa...
