Apr. 25th, 2004 07:20 pmYou know what are fiendishly delicious? Skips. Yum. *snaffles*
All things considered, I should have spent today revising. Instead, I had a day in which I did one past paper and lolled around reading "The Sprouts Of Wrath." Slashiest. Book. Ever. They hug each other, Pooley's tendancy to "run around in small circles and flap his hands in a limp-wristed manner..." they plan to spend thier lives together. Okay, so they stray into hetrosexuality every so often, but that's okay. I cried when Jim described how he felt about John. I honestly, honestly did.
How many more times do I have to whore the Brentford Trilogy in this journal? And WHY are there no communities?
*suddenly realises what can do with shiny paid account*
No. This will not be like my American Gothic thing. I will NOT be the lone fangirl of this series. I will find fanfiction if I have to...
Wait! A lone website, sailing through the night! And it's called The Flying Swan! This bodes well.
Wait, no it doesn't.
Buggar.
Anyway, to continue with what small point I had of writing this, I'm quite ashamed to admit that I spent far too long last night watching Stars In Their Eyes. The point was that Brian Blessed did, eventually, turn up, do stuff from Flash Gorden, and generally kickarse. I am going to meet that man next week. This gives me no small level of paralysing fear, since I feel a responsibility for the whole event. The train tickets are due to turn up tomorrow or Tuesday, at any rate.
Tomorrow is a day of college once more, although only a few lessons. Skiving Guidance again, but in my defence it's for an actual reason. I get to sit through extra media lessons. Power over departments is fun.
And now I will go and have something to drink, I think. I'm sure I should be working more than I am. Perhaps I shall go and finish that second past paper for history.
And perhaps not.
