Aug. 29th, 2004 04:17 pmToday is my last really lazy Sunday. Nagging feeling that I will be busy for the next one. And for the rest of the week. Alas.
This is why I have slept in until 12.00. Yum. Sleep.
So, we watched the boxing. I find it slightly scary that more than a few of the atheletes are now actually younger than me, and this feeling of "What the HELL have I done with my life?" increased when I saw all the gymnastics. It was all very nice, even if they were all skinny bints from the Planet Stretchy. But yes. The Olympics are nearly over, and I got into it far too late. The timewasting potential!
Anyway, my summer is nearly over, and oh my has it been a good one. Done nothing that I intended to, of course, but it went in most unexpected ways. So we're all faintly happy.
And now I need to make a To Do List before I go back to college.
1.Buy tinfoil and marshmellows Just ran out to do that.
2. Pack bag. I have an awful lot to carry. Oh dear.
-Clothes.
-Plate bag.
-Stool.
-Flagpole. *facepalm*
-Sleeping bag.
3. Politics essay.
4. Find a half decent excuse for an English project.
5. Put my cheque Grandad gave me in the bank.
6. Stationery. (Edit: spelt that wrong earlier. I am a Bad Person.) Have none, may need some.
7. As per bloody usual, ironing.
WAAAAAAH.
So instead, I am going to continue reading
shoebox_project and revel in the warped mind of Remus Lupin. *loffs*
