And once more I am back at college.

Aren't you all glad? The day has been odd, so far. The bus is new, as is the stop. A lot of people appear not to be coming back on the bus, as well; it's alright for those that can drive, I suppose, but personally I'm happier with public transport. Even if it is a different bus. You'd be amazed how fond we got of 'Bert' towards the end of the year. This bus has been christened Tony.

Why do I witter on about buses? In my head, I was planning a lovely post along the lines of the dew on the grass, or the fact it was chilly but sunny, but no. I talk about the bus.

College itself is entirely the same, albeit slightly upgrading. Building work continues. Teachers talk excitedly about maybe being able to use it by April. I remember when that deadline was November! I feel very old, all of the sudden; I'm in my last year of college and I'm convinced that I'm not old enough for this. Maybe I'm not?

I am doing, apparently, five A-Levels. People seem shocked by this. It's really not that bad. Media is something of a pisstake, in all honesty, and General Studies is... it's general studies. I don't care if I pass or fail. Apparently I get a module in French. Whee. Not.

Teachers are new and... not improved, I suppose. I have Oliver The Campest Man In Britain for guidance, for which I will not complain. It's not Scary Joan! Greg for Media, which is okay, I suppose. Really pissed off that I'm not in Liz's class for media, though, even if I am sharing it with Lucy. I have history next - Dave again - and then it's... uh... English. With Fran. Which is good, cos I really liked her. And politics looks as though it might be okay; Elaine says my class is 'a bit of a mixture' although it seems I don't have the tosspots. So yay.

For reasons best known to myself, I have signed up for the gym. Stand back world.

Out tonight with Clare. This would have been much easier to arrange were it not for the fact I left my phone on my bed, and I basically rang up El Parento at lunch. "Mum! Check my phone!" She did. I then had to dictate a message back to her, which she agonisingly slowly tapped out. To make matters just that much better, I'm totally sure that she's read the rest of my messages. I'm almost sure that none of them are inciminating.

And now I'm off to lessons. HISTORY! YAY!

Okay, there's a possibility I'm too happy about that. I'm just feeling generally rather blah about college as a whole; it's like slipping on a pair of comfy slippers, really.
