Jan. 26th, 2005 10:55 amRight, not updated for a bit (TWO DAYS BY GUM) since I have been Busy and all that shit. I spent Monday night e-mailing various people to try and get my media project sorted (hint: you try explaining The Colleen Show to media teachers) and also watching Battlestar Galactica, which was Teh Traumatic, and that's all we'll say. It's one oif the first times I've gapsed at a storyline rather than an odd shippery thing, so it was refreshing. I think. WHY IS IT THE END OF THE SEASON YOU MOCK MY O LORD ETC.
So, I am also caps lock happy (Harry?) today. Oh dear.
Yesterday was the unrivalled fun that only a General Studies exam can bring. I finished the first bit of the first paper (French) in ten minutes, at some points guessing the answers on what sounded interesting. You got an article and you had to answer question in English about it.
"How did the robbers break into the bank?
A. Hitting it with a sledgehammer
B. Pulling the wall apart
C. Picking the lock
D. Ramming into the wall with a Volvo."
"Hmmm... wow, VOLVO!"
And other such bollocks. I then di dan essay on things reflected their era and examined 'The Portrait Of Dorian Grey.' It didn't have anything to do with the exam; I just got to quote bits of it. The science one was somehow worse, mixing NUMBERS and shit. Ah well. At least I got a powernap when I finished with HOURS to do nothing in.
The evening was work. Enough said.
And today, I am arsing around online when I should be revising for politics. That exam which is tomorrow. And I've not finished revising for. But then, we've not FINISHED THE COURSE and I can't really be expected to learn the judiciary when I haven't been taught it. Excuse ME for not being a law student. *panics* Let's hope we get a question on the legislature rather than the Supreme Court...
