Jan. 28th, 2005 11:38 amSo, I did not fail politics. Well, I thought I didn't. I spend all of my morning muttered "DOOOOOOOOMED!" at people, who generally said the same thing back, and thenI proceeded to cram like I have never crammed before. I panicked a little going in, as I did not know what I was doing. At all.
Then I opened the exam paper, felt the audible sigh of relief ("Legislatures! FUCK YEAH!") because we were all living in dread of the judiciary, and I buggared up the first question a bit, but not too badly. I chose one on PM vs PResident for my second choice, which was a mistake. Too much to write, too little time. Hopefully they will be gentle with me. On the other hand, I didn't come out of this exam wanting to kill people, so it could have been worse.
So, I went home in a fairly chirpy mood, and wandered off to Liverpool where I met Clare. I then went shopping - little Jess' birthday present is some fantastically smelly stuff from Lush, got a retainer for my tongue, and other bits and bobs, including a book and, for media theory, FHM and More. I feel all dirty inside. *shudders*
But hurrah! Today is FRIDAY! Politics this morning, English was a fairly short thing, I have history next (first lesson ALL WEEK) and media last thing. Hey ho hum. Tomorrow is Lil Jess's birthday party, which I am taking Clare to and she seems to be terrified of College Friends. They are all rather keen on meeting her, which is all nice and good, and they all tend to be nice people. But there we are.
... haven't my posts been DULL recently? I was planning on actually posting a discussion of my thoughts of Fahrenheit 9/11 coupled with a bit of a whinge about American politics, but I thought that I can't currently be sane about it, so I won't.
Oh, and once more I look like I have contracted leprsoy. BAD SKIN! BAD SKIN!
