Oh I am in PAIN.

Yesterday was a fun evening of frolics and Ranger-y goodness. Only five of us turned up when we had paid for a two-hour session of about 12 people, so the lovely people let us do two activities. And don't laugh, that's a fucking fantastic deal because Tawd Vale? Not with the cheap.

First stop was archery, which I actually rather like doing. By some miracle, I'm actually really rather good at it. This is rare. Maybe it's from watching LOTR? WHO KNOWS. Either way, I so won. This, again, is rare. My sporting achievements at Rangers are laughable. I came last with bowling, my football was BEYOND embarassing and all in all I am inept. Winning by a margin of 100 points is bloody fantastic, if I do say so myself. There was also a very very pretty woman running this session, so I suspect I would have done better was I not mentally thwacking myself for surreptitiously peering at her.

The next step was meant to be rock climbing, but we ended up doing some weird trapeze thing. This is how it works:

1. Harness self.
2. Helmet.
3. Safety clips O' DOOM.
4. Climb up a ladder so you are half way up a tree that it a flat platform at the top.
5. Shimmy up tree in manner of telephone line repairman.
6. Stand on platform. COWER LIKE A WOMAN.
7. Stare at trapeze and declare "Shit, that's miles away."
8. Be tugged forward by pretty woman to try and make you move.
9. Jump and hold onto trapeze.
10. Somehow LET GO and fall and swing around. Highly embarrassing.

I suspect it was during the archery, however, that I wrenched by shoulder. I can't move! Seriously, it's agony.

Last ever politics lesson was today, leaving me want to quietly sob into my Green Party notes. I didn't, as that would have been highly embarrassing and also my head won't fall onto the desk because OWOWOW.

I am, however, growing increasingly sad at the end of college. I have a bit of idea for a suitably worried post, but I will post that on Thursday. When, Computer Gods willing, I WILL HAVE HOME INTERNET. Computer coming tonight and fabulousness that is broadband is either tonight or tomorrow. I am too excited about reading my e-mail.

Gemma is reading my BSU profile. OH THE SHAME.
