Today, I have done nothing and I'm now starting to scare myself. I woke up at 11.30 and forced myself out of bed - I wanted nothing more than to sleep for longer. I also felt dreadful with a raging headache, sore throat, etc, etc. So, I dragged myself out of bed, watched The History Channel numbly for a bit and then contemplated getting some food. Discovered a note attached to the fridge telling me to go shopping.

Wailed at the fridge and went to buy food, wrapped up warm on the basis that it is FUCKING FREEZING today, and bought vegetables. Trudged back home and considered revising. Instead, I spent all afternoon reading I>The Glass Palace by Amitav Ghosh. It was actually really rather good, given that it's given me a week to get into this book and I had to keep on referring to the handy map at the front of the book, since I had (and still don't) no idea where Malaya and Burma were in relation to India.

So, that was a day gone. Tried to revise media. Failed, as had to eat tea made with recently purchased vegetables. Tried to revise again, and instead took Megan to Iona's and then proceeded to drive around Formby aimlessly and try and reverse park. Nearly cried as I can't do it in Starbug without smashing into someone else's car. I want power-steering. Or a horse. Either or, really.

I am going into college tomorrow for English revisiony goodness so fingers crossed I may actually revise in the library tomorrow. Actually, I'm driving into college. NO SMELLY BUS FOR COLLEEN, OH NO. Seriously, the prospect of never going on a bus again is my motivation to drive. Trains=yay, buses=nay.
