Jul. 1st, 2005 04:33 pmToday has been a productive day, and I feel proud of myself for it. I woke up with enough time to go into Ormskirk and meander a little bit on my journey to the post office for an E111 form. For those who haven't experienced this form before, you need it for travelling to some countries, so yo can get healthcare benefits as according to some really dull treaties. Either way, you need the form.
I then went Birthday Shopping On A Budget. This could not have been necessary had the triplets had the decency to have a birthday on seperate days. Oh no. They all have to have been born on the same day. How rude.
Combined with a trip to the bank to sort out an overdraft for when I am officially a student, I felt ever so poor.
Anyway, came home to discover Dad and remembered that I needed to go into college. So I did. And I have officially left! STILL couldn't find a media teacher, so a random teacher signed my form instead. Student reception took the form, however, and gave me my Leaver's Poster. Allow my explain. My college is - was - a large one, so every student has an ID card with a picture of them on it. This picture is taken when one is fresh-faced on GCSE results day and proceeds to embarrass you through two years of college. I hate mine. I know people who won't let anyone see it for the express purpose of shame. Then student reception prints up a poster with everyone in the year's swipecard photo. Oh, the shame. To try and make it even, though, there are picture of Zaphod Beeblebrox, Spongebob, Marvin the Paranoid Android and random League of Gentlemen characters. Bless.
Oh, and I picked up the remaining BSU shields. I will now return to Winstanley only once - to pick up my results. It's almost sad.
And now, I am hungry and I have a driving lesson in an hour.

I also have my poster ^_^ haven't seen you yet, but I'm right-ish and (i think) sixteen rows up. Joy...
I may be in college at some point just for the fun of it, but probably not. It already feels really strange, still having driving lessons.
