So.

We went shopping. Weekly shop at that, so we can actually eat! We have bread and stuff!

I took Katie to Leuchars, so she can go to Edinburgh on Friday.

I just put my laundry in. CLEAN PANTS FOR TOMORROW OH THE LUXURY.

I have done my Spanish. Okay, I've done the homework and I know the verb tables as well as I'm going to. Stuff like that just sticks and wanders in at inappropriate moments, like the alphabet. I'm not stressed.

I've even done some of my medieval history.

I should be feeling at least sligtly satisified that I've done some work, and secure in the knowldge and I only have a little to do tonight and tomorrow and all will be well. I might even sleep.

EXCEPT.

I am going out tonight. In fact, as I said to Sarah in the kitchen:

"I've not finished preparing for my tutorial. I am out between 9.30 and 6.30 tomorrow. I have a Spanish text. I am low on funds. I should sleep. I AM GOING TO GET FUCKING SLAUGHTERED TONIGHT INSTEAD."

Social life. It's about time I actually had one. This house has been getting gradually more insular and it will Do Us Good to go out with Coral and House 43.

I need a drinking icon.

Going to put my internet cable in someone's room, before you get all interested in a drunk post.

Also, it is still raining.

sounds like you're surviving. and keeping up as well as anyone ever did at college. huzzah!
have fun being drunk. myself, it's been a while, and i'm none too bothered at that.
