hathycolWell. That was pointless, wasn't it?
Dammit, we all tried for this party. Honestly did. I looked fucking AMAZING, despite the fact I had a shield and sword that were primarily tin foil and cardboard. We very carefully went mad withblue eyeliner woad, I took my glasses off and more importantly spent half an hour plaiting my hair i a certain way. I have left it in for now, as it is a Thing Of Beauty, it really is. Katie made a terrifyingly good badger. Sarah wussed out of being Kitty Butler but did have a lovely Victorian thing going on. We were ready to go!
AAAAAAAAND then we find out the party was cancelled.
Bah. I might go to the Guide party tomorrow night. Chances are I won't, though. I have too much work to do, hence the fact I'm now doing all my reading for tutorials so I can be the essay queen for next week. Because argh there is too much to do all of a sudden and I just can't be bothered doing any of it. Apathy is a terrible, terrible thing.
AND I have to go to the train station to drop off Katie's friend. Because I volunteered to. Because I'm a good and sometimes stupid person.
