Jan. 24th, 2006 12:04 amUm, lots of crazy stuff has happened to my flist and I want to hug
emmysuze lots and also
purplerainbow.
I also want to write a very long post about The Most Fucking Weird Road Trip Ever, but for now, I just want to say that I AM IN ST ANDREWS.
Got a phonecall regarding my clutch being fixed at 3.45pm. Katie is desperate to see Dan The Man before he leaves (ironically, for Warrington, it's not far from Ormskirk) tomorrow, so I actually drove all the way home. In the dark.
I had to sit and shake on the bed for twenty minutes on my return to try and make the adreneline and the tired sensation GO THE FUCK AWAY. On the bright side, though, as least I made it as far as St Andrews, in the dark, with my sanity intact, and that I had the sense to actually stop for caffiene at one point and also that the shaking didn't start until precisely ten minutes once I was through the front door.
I am very very tired. I will finish reading my friendslist and sleep now. The very best part, though, is that I don't have to be awake tomorrow and I don't have to feel guilty about it. There is always some work to be done (looking over lecture notes, tutorial reading, essays, research...) and the fact that I now have nothing for two weeks is rather blissful.
Okay. Colleen pass out now.
