Feb. 15th, 2006 12:07 amOkay. It is no longer St Bitter And Twisted Day. Hurrah! Katie did get me the chocolates and the rose, in the end.
"Was it you?" I asked in the evening.
"Erm, yes. I woke up at seven just to put the chocolates out for you."
"Awww! Thank you!" I hugged her enthusiastically.
"Well, you seemed sad the last few days. And then you said that you wanted a rose more than anything else -" I've never recieved flowers before, ever - "so I went to Tescos and got you one after my lecture this morning."
"Katie?"
"Yes?"
"I love you. Never leave me."
In return, I took her to DRA so she avoided the 45 minute walk. I feel very bad, however, as I have to miss dancing with her this week. For various reasons involving job interviews for Starbucks being next week, according to someone who works there, I'd rather buggar off to Cambridge for slightly longer and be missing longer rather than making Simon come up for all of one night.
However, this means missing dance which is annoying but sadly necessary. Ballet tomorrow, though.
Anyway. Sarah and Derya are next door (oh well -
spockette gets the uninterrupted sleep), Katie and Dan are in DRA, and Kim and I wandered around St A's all night, unable to watch Doctor Who in the pub and instead spent much of the evening looking for Ben and Jerrys (we got the last tub in town! YES!) and then hid away in the house.
Yay and suchforth.
Sleep now. Yes. The rain is horrendous, but I like sleeping when the house is being battered by rain. Makes me feel all comfy.
