hathycolMum is out of hospital. This is very exciting. On a selfish, personal note, it means that this evening I am sat catching up on The Interwebz, then I will go and make PASTA with VEGETABLES and CHEESE and it will be FRESH (or as fresh as week old veggies can be) and I will CONSUME IT with the mad glee of someone who has had the last week on takeaway, soup, and toast. I am pathetic, I know.
Then I will go and see Mum, and be a good daughter, and the next week while she recovers somewhat will be interesting, as I suspect I'll be on food duty on the nights that Dad and Megan are working, but that's okay too. Needs must.
In the interim, though, OH GOD I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT FOOD.
(This has been a very, very long week.)
