Gosh, I've been metaquoted.

I feel all popular. It's quite sad, really.

I have read all of the Russian Lit book for next week (my eyes HURT) and now I am sort of looking at my tutorial reading with bleary eyes and a desperate wish not to touch it because I DO NOT CARE ABOUT WARFARE AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY. I really should, though, because I won't have time to go near it any other day.

I have a hair appointment tomorrow as a model, at 10am. This scares me a bit, and I'm not letting them near me if I think they won't take things I say into account. This is because my hair is an artform and I KNOW what looks good and what DOES NOT WORK.

God knows how long it'll take, though. I have a lecture at noon and a meeting in... uh... some room in the Buchanen about RU1012. Free lunch, though, so I am THERE.

I also have to start my Russian essay tomorrow. Good fun. I have too many essays in the next few weeks and it brings me pain. As does the fact I increasingly feel like crap and wonder if God hates me enough to strike me down with a cold just in time for working time o' doom.

The amount of comments on that metaquotes entry is SCARY. Clearly the effects of contraception are a big issue for many women (and the occasional guy). Feel proud.

I feel very proud. In a scared sort of way. Reading through the comments, I'm going to get fat, thin, angry, sad, high libido, no libido, high blood pressure, great skin, awful skin and great periods.

I have to point out that I am on the Pill because - oh, the shame - my mother phoned me up and shouted at me until I agreed to. Any conversation beginning "your father and I would be happier if you were on the pill" is a conversation you should never have. Ever. It's so wrong.
