hathycolLast night was minus 10. As you can imagine, this is quite a chilly temperature, so instead of going out and spending money I don't really have, I was in my pajamas by about nine (and, oh, they are sexy) and spend the evening nattering to Simon on the phone, which we don't have much of a chance to do at the moment because of conflicting schedules.
Problem was my housemates. God love them, they sat in the lounge and got very, very drunk and very loud into the bargain whilst playing soem sort of bastardised version of the Simpsons board-game.
I ended up joining in slightly later and getting quite drunk whilst feeling aloof from the entire thing and also making sure that Dan didn't die of alcohol poisoning. Busy, busy.
This morning, I woke up feeling rather hungover, but went out anyway to a meeting for DanceSoc (yeah, I signed up for something else - am I on drugs?) and then discovered that I've got a callback for Wyrd Sisters! Which is lovely. I'm googling the play right now to discover just how many female roles I'm battling people for. There should be about five female parts. There are 16 girls getting callbacks, though, so we'll see. Still, it's nice to help battle the hangover.
I have cleaned the lounge today. However, I have as of yet to begin an essay I was going to finish yesterday. Oh, crap. So potentially going to get very much behind here which is not of the good. Argh.
