hathycolI have Ben and Jerry's ice cream. This is a sinful, wicked indulgence, but I am ignoring the part of me screaming "THE COST!" for the part that's screaming "YOU DIDN'T GO THE BOP AND IT COSTS THE ENTRANCE FEE!"
This is, obviously, a very good thing. Also a tasty and delicious thing!
I have finished my Russian Lit essay! This is, sadly, two days after my personal deadline, so my Moxx of Balhoon calender will have to eat my toe or something. I have ten days in which to do one essay and one gobbet, but I'll cope. It might require a few nights without sleep, but I have a Wednesday there as well as my three-day weekend, and it won't snow and interrupt me this time. So that's okay.
We did the accounts today and I have £10 in the positive. This is also a happy and good thing, and all the loose change has gone towards my Needing To Wash My Clothes Fund.
And speaking of capitalism? Might have fingers crossed very much a job offer. I have to go into the Ruby (local Chinese takeaway) to "talk about hours and requirements" for a job as a delivery driver. Possibly I am leaping far too ahead in thoughts there, but surely that translates to "THE JOB IS YOURS"? The pay is shite and the hours will probably dreadful and completely ruin my Bop social life (well, ish - as long as I can find somewhere free to park the car and walk right in at 11 I might manage it) but right now all I can think of is the minus figures in my bank balance so I don't really care right now. I will keep on loking for something less shite. Unless I get cheap Chinese food, then I will never leave that job because OMG CHINESE FOOD IS AS THE GODS. And also means that meals become an entertaining amount cheaper for me, which is even better.

So, even though life is a little bit blah right now because I have bucketloads of work and it is two weeks until the 19th and the tap dance makes me cry with pain and suffering (the point of tap is the timing. "Oh, I haven't worked out the timing just yet." I DIE INSIDE I AM BETTER TRAINED THAN THAT BINT) and my room is a mess and I don't know how to approach my remixredux because it needs loads of research, I don't care. Because stuff just worked out tonight and that's okay, for now.
