Jun. 21st, 2006 10:17 pmI know this is really sad, but I'm actually looking forward to curling up on the sofa with my quilt, the fire on (IS SO COLD) and possibly a cup of tea while I watch Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. It's my most favourtist Star Trek film ever. No, honest, it is. It has WHALES and a REALLY STUPID PLOTLINE and William Shatner as an AGING LOTHARIO. And a KLINGON SHIP WOT THEY STOLED.
IT IS GENIUS IN STAR TREK FORM. Also I watched Star Trek: The Original Series this morning, so that is why. And it seems to be gale force wind outside, too. I think I will maybe just move into the lounge. The sofa is remarkably comfy, and possibly more so than the bed I've been in for the last two weeks. Because it sort of broke. Oops.
Anyway. Star Trek!
I am worried about the dog. He's coughing a lot more than I remembered him doing, so I will keep him well-watered (note to self: SET ALARM for 8am to let the dog out!) and keep an eye on him and it should sort itself out. He's had his kennel cough jabs and whatnot, so he should be fine.
Also,
loneraven is a crazy person, but also a crazy person who is running the Tenth Doctor Ficathon so you should sign up in a calm and dignified manner and be nice to her because she is marvellous.
Gosh, it really is cold.
Also I am starved of human contact that doesn't come via the telephone, so I think I will be spammy the next few days. The dog is a very good listener, but his conversation skills just aren't up to scratch.
