Apr. 9th, 2007 01:26 pmWell, I'm in St Andrews again. In fact, I have been for nearly twenty-four hours now! *fall son the floor with exhaustion* I have unpacked, celebrated coming home to a beautifully clean kitchen, and tried to force my body into sleeping. It refused. It is now suffering terribly for it. WELL, BRAIN, YOU SEE WHAT YOU GET NOW?
I wouldn't mind so much, but St Andrews being the den of freakdom that it is, is once more proving how unique and special it is by making us have lectures on Easter Monday. Needless to say, I am not entirely happy about this, especially since I crawled to work, cleaned two weeks worth of dust and grime and mess out of the Union, went to my first lecture (a grand total of five people) and then went to my cancelled 11am lecture.
Oh, joy. I need to make a quite urgent doctor's appointment (my own fault; I completely forgot to go to the last one and now I need contraceptives urgently to save my hormones) but the doctor's surgery is also shut. ARGH. I have, er, well, contemplated doing my reading, sorted out the beginning of an essay plan for on of my five essays and sent off my student loan form, hoping they can smell my desperation and possibly bung up the amount they'll give me.
I have also put my hair in pigtails. A success, I think you'll agree!
*falls onto floor in vain attempt not to go to medeival history lecture*
