hathycolOne exam down. Current underwear-on-head-status: low.
It went pretty well, and I have A WHOLE TWENTY FOUR HOURS in which to revise for modern history tomorrow.
For the moment, though, I'm still like a bear with a sore head. Please, for your own sakes, just don't fuck with me for the next few days, As long as I'm kept supplied with milk, teabags, a working kettle and six hours sleep a night (that's six hours sleep; I tend to spend an hour here or there just lying, quite happily, in the dark. It's very restful) and a steady stream of wheat-free food (I have meal plans involving potatoes quite predominantly)then we're all going to survive the next three days.
Someone came to the exam today is full academic sub-fusc. Jesus. What a fucking knob.
So, this week I have to revise for another two subjects, do those exams, put in the deposit check to the estate agent, contact the landlord about moving in, and then after I've done all that on Friday, buy a bottle of cheap pink wine, chill it, and then sit out in the sun with my chilled wine and a book.
My pleasures in life are simple, but seriously, that is going to be a damned good afternoon right there.
