Feb. 13th, 2009 10:48 pmSNOW SNOW WE FINALLY GOT SNOW.
... on a day in which I was in work between 10-5pm. I spent almost all of it in the basement, desperately trying to stay warm whilst sorting out clothes. It is with some pride that I say that I came home and made a snowman, and he is still sort of there. He's called Mr Stumpy because, well, I didn't have much time before the light faded so he's a bit short.
Still, though, my walk to work was beautiful, even if is a little damp and cold. No one was really out, and I crunched my way through. Seeing all the medieval buildings in the snow was a bit lovely, even if being in work all day really wasn't.
Today I have been mosrtly sliding around and trying to keep up with work. Between an essay being due a week today and having a flipping bucketload of work to do in the interim, I a shall we say a little tired. Before I go to bed I have to sort out all my society stuff too. I have a feeling I should have enjoyed the last four weeks a little more...
