C, I am so sorry (and heartbroken) to hear of you loss. Your words have....for want of a better term of phrase...marked her passing in an honourable manner. I think, if she were to read this post from where she is (or might be) now, she would be proud. And then some. I hope that you mark her passing in a memorable way and can grieve in a way that will not cause you pain but will make you smile with each memory that she gave you. Reading your words have made me look upon her as a righteous human being and it appears that humanity is at a loss right now. If she were here, I would offer her a shot of scotch and listen to her stories because she sounded as if she was a unique, kind and splendid human being.
