Feb. 22nd, 2011 06:35 pmI just accidentally typed in the URL for the backdoor to my work's website. Fail, brain. Fail.
I am feeling a teeny tiny bit wound up this evening; tomorrow heralds Fretting About Mum Going Into Surgery (it will most likely all be fine and well, but still), Trying To Do A Telephone Interview Whilst Most Likely Still Fretting, and then in the evening Richie arrives. Hopefully by that point I won't be fretting and will know how it went, but it's all just bit up in the air right now.
I am also trying to download last night's Outcasts, and am racing a download vs. iPlayer to see which one gets it faster. After a slow start I'm actually desperate to watch the next episode. The same is true of Being Human at the moment. "What's that about?" asked K at work when I described how I had spent my Sunday evening.
"Er. It's a TV show. Um. It's about a vampire, werewolf and a ghost sharing a house? Except it's sort of about more than that now..."
Still, by this time tomorrow I should hopefully have had a reasonably successful telephone interview, a mother without a gallbladder, and a Richie. And know what happened in this week's Outcasts. Fingers crossed.
