Each and every person on my friends list is a fangirly of SOMETHING. So you all (hopefully) should know the sensation: sitting down to see something that you've waiting months for, the nervous tension "Will it be good? It had so better be good..." and desperate urge to cheer when something happens when you hoped it would, the unexpected tears at something happening, or the whole "I didn't see that coming!" aspect.

(Think sitting down for TTT for the first time, or the season premiere. Etc.)

Well, I had that during X-Men, which was fecking amazing. I am SO glad I turned into a partial fangirl before this film, because I was able to spot so much more. (Not gonna say what, but very little things like someones name flashing up on the screen, per example)

In case you're all interested, SG1 fans, there's also appearences from Cassie, Tanith, Bird-From-Wormhole-Xtreme, and Captain Connor. (Can't remember most actor names)

But it's just an AMAZING film. Really. Alan Cumming needs an Oscar for it- he did Nightcralwer perfectly, getting across the religious aspect but also the playful aspect... hated Cyclops and Jean Grey, so that was just as I remember... Lady Deathstryke was very, very beautiful (and NOT skinny! Just slim! Oh, wow!)... I am never gonna be able to look at Gandalf in the same light again, lol... Mystique was cool, and I LOVED the whole (summat like this, anyway):

Nightcrawler: So you can look like other people? Even their voice?
Mystique (imitating voice): Even their voice.
NC: So why don't you? You could pass for normal.
Mystique (cold glare): Because I shouldn't have to.

(Bear in mind both Mystique and Nightcrawler are, in short, blue.)

V. powerful. V. good. So am still in happy fangirly haze. Only downsides:

Rogue. She had her moments, but... sheesh.
Storm. Is Halle Berry too 'big' to have a voice coach now? STORM IS NOT AMERICAN! Yeesh!

And thats it. Therefore... ah. I'm happy now.

Whens X3 out? LOL! Namarie! ~Hathy_Col, who wants an icon of Lady Deathstryke VERY much~

Hiya!

Creoso to my LJ!

>I agree alan cummings was great, v.interesting >to watch, I luv his character.

Although they should have kept him fuzzy. Thats his THING. He's a fuzzy blue elf. Tattoos were cool, but...

ARGH! Stop! No! I will not turn into a comic fangirl! Stop me now!

Jean's not dead..*shock* *gasp* as if we couldnt have guessed.

YAY!!! Dark Pheonix time, woohoo! (Plus makes Scott more interested, wonder if they'll but in the stuff with Madeline and Emma? Would be interesting)

>BUT HOW COULD YOU NOT MENTION WOLVERINE! Hugh >Jackman soooo suits that part...drooolll....

He is indeed a v. good Wolverine. He was v. good on Parkinson too, brilliant singing voice, oddly enough.

Anyhoo... comtraya! :P
