Thank GOD for Becky. She texted me about 11.20am and I actually stayed awake. (This was due to a plot bunny that bit me about Gimli while I slept, it ws the first thing I thought of when I woke up, so I had to dive outta bed and find the books so that I could sort out his age.)

First thing I did? Switch on the internet. *shakes head* There's no hope for me. But was very glad to find that shipperkitten purplerainbow and osiris13 are all back from Wales, so thats good.

In my defence, I am actually going to go and clean my room (we've heard THAT before) and apparently mother is dragging me out. I'm not sure why. Suspect may be food shopping. Also need to sew Press-Studs onto shoes (quick change! NOOOOO!) and I'm sure I have to do something to a hat. But I don't know what.

Again with the statement that my life is very dull at the moment.

Anti-Mary-sues stuff. My mum came in and asked why I was laughing so much, but all attempts to explain left her with a slightly bemused look of "This is MY daughter? What happened?"

BASICALLY:

The Protecters Of The Plot Continuum fly through the multi-verse of LOTR Mary-Sues, dealing out suitable punishments to all the bad Suvians, such as "Pheonix, daughter of Galadriel" and "Andromielle Zinnia, Queen of Rivendale" in fairly graphic ways. I've neve really gotten into them, but I have to say, I've fallen in love with them. The intrepid team (Jay, obsessive photographer and Elrond Luster, and Acacia, homocidal Boromir Luster) fight thier way through dodgy Middle-Earth universes, occasionally helped by other Departments from the PPC, Miss Cam and the Official Fanfiction University Of Middle-Earth, Als Waiter and Drew the MSTer and the odd canon character. Normally Gimli.

I love it. I want to make a spin off. Badly...

But I will finish reading the series first. Probably.

In other news, I'm feeling rather ill. Had a dodgy Chinese for tea, and I suspect it may have been the mushrooms. Bleurgh.

I'll go and read PPC fic now. Funfunfun.

Okay, PPC not ALL good.

Getting to the further chapters and now my eyes burn.

See, Mary-Sues don't squick me anymore. I have an unusually high tolerance for them.

But the description of this Mary-Sue... *cries*

1. It's a LOTR/Harry Potter crossover, and Hogwarts is all of fifteen leagues from Lothlorien. Or Loth Lorien as the stupid bint calls it.

2. She's the daughter of Galadriel. Yawn. She's also Remus Lupin's daughter. *breaks down in tears*

3. She's dating Ron. Who is also sleeping with Lavender. *scrubs brain for images*

4. She's on the Quidditch team

5. She's friends with Harry, Ron, Hermione and DRACO. WTF?

6. She has a spell to "cover up her Elven beauty". No one seems to mention the ungodly amount of shaving she must need to do at THAT time of the month. And I'm not talking about the Menstrul Fiary

7. Sirius appears to be a teacher.

And on. And on.

PPC has also given me a weird craving for bad bad bad Legolas angst/rape/torture/beating stories.

*whimpers*
