(no subject)

I am going to kill my family. How the fuck did we all manage to live together previously? On the bright side, I am now officially an Adult and I have Adult Priviledges - I announced I was going out at ten and drove off without another word and returned at 1am without a murmur of complaint, and I also get Sofa Priviledges - I get asked to move, rather than instructed. It's really quite the novelty.

Unfortunately, this does not detract from the manner in which my family still behave, but, well, at least I don't get a Spanish Inquisition when I announce that I'm going to Simon's to watch Doctor Who. Finally, finally, I have seen the end of The War Games. My Dad is now lumped in with the Crazy People in my family, however. I arrived home, told him what I'd watched, and was informed that "Oh, I always hated Jamie."

Anyway. Today I have mostly been asleep (sleeping pattern? Who needs one of them?) and I've phoned up a job and am waiting for a phone call back for an interview. By god! They seem a bit desperate, which is always a positive thing, because Christ but I'm desperate for some cash. My student loan amount has gone up, thank goodness, but argh. Now I shall wait around for the phone and enjoy the silence. Dad is out, Mum is out and Megan is... presumably out? Unsure.

... I had a life, once. Honest. I am hopefully going out to the pub tonight. That's quite interesting, isn't it?
