Nov. 30th, 2008 02:37 pmI'm sat under my quilt - winter quilt now - with several million layers on and I'm still bloody freezing. I know it's winter and all, but the ground frost hasn't actually lifted for about four days now and I'm getting a wee bit fed up of being chilly. It's making doing my reading a little tricky, and I can actually feel myself getting ill. I can't afford to have the heating on all day, just in the evening, so... hey ho.
Erm, what else? Ugh, quiet week really. Off to Glasgow Collectormania next weekend, which is very exciting indeed but does mean I have lots of work to do; my essay and a chunk of my dissertation is due the day after I get back, so that basically means I have to do them by Friday. Hence the fact that after I go and make a cup of green tea (yes, I am becoming one of those students) I am going to continue desperately reading through accounts of female saints in the middle ages before I go out later on today for AltSoc and Christmas lights based purposes.
*shivers*
