(no subject)

It's another rainy day here in Liverpool. I trundled into work today in mild dizzle, missed out on all the heavy rain, and trundled back home via Tescos in continuing mild rain. Work continues... I dunno, weird. I am getting on with some people, learning about them and vice versa, but I am continuing to have massive problems with one supervisor who I unfortunately share a lot of my shifts with. Tomorrow evening it's just me and him so I suspect we will either hammer it out or I'll bludgeon him to death with a hanger, screaming 'IT IS NOT MY FAULT I KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB BETTER THAN YOU CAN.' It's not as though I've even said this, he just seems to resent that I really do already know how to do everything. I am not, you know, being pushy, I just don't need to be taught how to do a discount percentage. IT IS EASY YO.

Anyway. It's going to be a very odd week here in Chez Familio. The parents have jetted off to Ibiza for a week - there is more wrong with that sentence than I know how to express - so it's just me, Megan and the dog for the next week. I suspect we will probably all kill each other, as the dog has already eaten my cheese and Megan is just being... Megan. On the bright side, she is out rather a lot, including tonight, so I may have some peaceful evenings ahead of me which will be a rather nice break. I think tonight I will veg in front of the Sarah Connor Chronicles and drink wine. I am just that damned cool, you see.
