hathycolYou know what? This is more like it. A free lesson, in which I should be doing research for RADA, but I'm not. I plan to spend the next 90 minutes reading Stealing Harry (itssosweetandcuddlyandslashy) and doing nothing.
Aaaaaaaaah.
I've been remarkably happy today. I woke up and recited my sonnet, which was comforting. The sonnet goes as thus:
Thu pyraminds built up with newer might
To me are nothing novel, nothing strange,
They are but dressings of a former sight.
Our dates are brief, and therefore we admire
What thou dost foist upon us that is old;
And rather make them born of our desire
Than think that we before have heard them told
Thy records and thee I both defy;
Not wondering at the present, nor the past
For thy records and what we see doth lie
Make more or less by our continual haste.
This I do vow and this shall ever be:
I will be true, despite thy scythe and thee.
I like it, anyway.
So, that was a good way to start the day. Went to college and forgot my bus pass (oops) but it was a quiet bus journey, which I always enjoy.
And then we had English. Oh, the joy of Deficit and Difference Theories in Male and Female Conversation. For four hours. Yargle. But then I had the lunchtime off, where I just felt... happy. We did some fairly stupid things, I'll admit. To be entirely honest, we experimented with Ribena. Really. The new flavours are officially scary and slightly evil. Onomaetically (spl?) named, though. The cold one does make you go "Ooooh!" and the hot one does make you go "Argh!" Does what it says on the carton and all that.
I have RADA in all of twenty minutes. Not learnt speech, although I am doing research for it. And hey, I know a bit about my sonnet.

loneraven would put it, my life is starting to revolve around my UCAS form...
And now I must go. Just remembered I have history to do for tomorrow. A lot of it, actually.
