hathycolLast night I watched Red Dwarf and went to bed. How sad is that? I also had the song (see subject) in my head for ages afterwards. Not good.
Woke up this morning and again thought I might die. Far, far too early for sane people, and even too early for me. To be honest, it wasn't actually that early, but to me, it was. I stumbled out of bed, realised hadn't ironed uniform. Food went out of the window this morning in an effort to be ready.
Really, I should have a Time Out and a pack of polos for breakfast more often.
At any rate, work was hell. More so than usual. Today is. apparently, the busiest day in the Homebase calender but lots of people were on holiday. Nightmarishly stressful. At one, I stopped serving and refused to do anymore until I'd have "a breather and a bite to eat!" The orc-like snarl may have been what actually got me my wish. It was just... ugh. I hate people at times.
Came home and checked Collectormania webpage on a whim. It seems that Jake Lloyd is going. This is not necessarily a good thing (I like the original three) but Jake Llod makes me giggle. In high school, Andrew caught my obsessional streak, but went about it in a weird way. If they were younger BUT richer than him, Andrew automatically went insane working out ways to somehow get their money. One of the poor sods involved was Jake Lloyd.
Guess who's going to Collectormania? Andrew is now far too keen on experiencing a convention for himself. Ha. He's a fangirl at heart. He's also extremely jobless, college-less, and as such, bored.
So, yes. Tomorrow is Easter. I'll ignore the religious connotations, because whilst this is an Important Religious Day, I am a Lapsed Roman Catholic. The closest I got was not eating meat on Friday. This is something I do nearly every day, so I doubt it counts.
Tomorrow is the day I get given an Easter egg. More importantly, tomorrow is the day I can start swearing again. I'm far too excited about that.
But, yes. Tomorrow is Easter. And to celebrate Easter, I have googled a picture that nicely coincides with that fact that FARSCAPE IS RENEWED! FARSCAPE IS RENEWED! For a mini-series. But YAAAAAAY! Doctor Who! Farscape! New season of Dead Like Me! Maybe I shouldn't give up on television/
