Quickly tapping out an LJ entry because I have a surprisingly large amount of time going for me. Which is nice.

After Andrew finally stopped rooting in my underwear drawer left my house, I actually went to bed. How sad it that? I was knackered though, and it meant I was relatively bouyant this morning to the extent of singing randomly throughout the park on the walk to the bus. I even stayed awake and chirpy throughout my lessons and I even got some work done in my free.

Hurrah for me. Aren't I great?

And now I have come home. I'm in a lot of trouble with work, because I tried to do a "Oooh, I'm really ill" thing to work down the phone in the library toilets, which are normally rather quiet, but just as my manager came on, someone flushed a loo. Could have killed them. Alas, could not find them. At any rate, I Am Ill and that's the end of it. It's not like I'm asking to be paid or anything.

Minor panic also ensued when [livejournal.com profile] loneraven texted me. She seems to have injured herself again. This is going to be like [livejournal.com profile] nepygill again, isn't it?

I did have a REAL 'squee!' moment when I came home. A package had come for me! From Amazon! And it was A Hat Full Of Sky and Maurice And His Amazing Educated Rodents! Squee! *bounces* I didn't think they'd be here until Monday! Wheee!

As such, that is what I will be reading on the train. Yay!

Now I'm going to go and bounce around to The Zutons and finish off all the random things I need to do. God, I love this song!

See you on Monday, my darlings, or tomorrow/Sunday if you're in MK!

Lucky you! I love Terry Pratchett. He's one of my favourite authors.

No, not yet. I keep almost buying it, but I'm slightly put off because it's with another author I've never heard of.

Nail Gaiman makes Pratchett... I'm not sure, but they write perfectly together.

Honestly, go for it, and buy it. It's so utterly worth it!
