hathycolI’m currently feeling a little… weird. For a start, the cornflies are back in town and they’re doing my head in, but it’s too warm to shut all the windows. *scratches*
Last night I was subjected to the downright horrific sight of Michelle and Stuart having sex. On national TV. With my parents in the room with me. *cries* It was quite scary, to be honest, and I really didn’t like the way she acted. If he had acted the same towards her, there would have been riots. That’s not equality, people!

osiris13 I have one small suggestion: pull a sickie. No one will know! Honestly! I’m going to find the instructions from Iona’s house to my house. I’ve even surreptitiously put vodka on the shopping list, as there seems to be a weird urge to see me get drunk. Not sure why, you crazy people, etc. It’s not pretty. Iona is also brining two little ‘uns by the name of Nupur and Joshua, and already I can see this going slightly wrong in that I might actually have to tone down, or at least keep the conversation in a more socially acceptable manner. Can’t see it happening, myself… I say we just give them a proper introduction to Iona’s world and welcome them to the collective. Cousins do, quite often, turn out like you do. Note my cousins: Archie and Chloe are too young to tell. Leigh should be completely different to me, but I always rather liked him and apparently he’s developed piercings at the grand age of 22. About time! William is Teh Teenage Rebel and according to Aunt Annabel we’ve got identical dress sense. I have three (more) cousins on my Dad’s side that are the spawn of Chris. Nicki now lives in Scotland, Claire is the avowed lesbian and Ben… I think Ben is the only one that doesn’t share at least one quality. The point is that I’m sure we can develop Iona-esque qualities in Nupur, given one night and vodka the right conversation…
I’ve also cleaned out the computer (to little effect, I suspect) and got half way there with my bedroom, and I plan to finish it off in an hour or so.
Probably.
As for now, though, I feel rather unsettled. Maybe it’s the weather or the fact I’m CONSTANTLY SCRATCHING THE LITTLE BUGGARS OFF MY ARM!
