Erm, yeah. Thank you all - I am no longer, as Iona says, a walking puddle of angst. I was a miserable bitch this morning, but... I don't know. Politics seemed to be the turning point - possibly someone gave me Red Bull - but I started to giggle, borderline hysterically, and the day improved.

Break was the first meeting of the 10% Group thingie, and a lot of people actually turned up! Which was actually rather fun - various suggestions were made, and already in the future is a possible trip to the Village in Manchester. Oh, and speed dating, which for obvious reasons I won't be participating in. *grins*

So, in a fairly bouncy mood I went to English, which wasn't as hideous as possible. I quite simply ignored Fran, took down the bits that seemed important - I got an A on a piece of editorial writing! Egads! - and wrote

lilka's piece of the fiction exchange. Next week, I shall focus on the piece I promised

spacellama especially since I know who Camulus is now. It's one way to deal with English.

Next break, I got my UCAS stuff sorted, which means that I'm not going to break Oliver's kneecaps. He hasn't sent it off yet so he'll get it back, swipe me and get it sorted. Nearly wept with relief, before cringing at how daft I sounded last night. Eek. Yes,

spacellama, a berk is a bad thing. A bit like prat. Prat is a bit like idiot. God, translating English is hard.

Lunchtime was fun - I quietly ate soup while just talking. And playing Violent!Snap again. It's becoming a bit of a feature.

Last lesson was media, and we re-watched City of God. Which is a film I love.

And... yeah. Now I'm here. Despite the fact that it's raining, that life is pretty much the same as yesterday, I'm in a remarkably good mood. Which god, I'm grateful for. I don't think I could cope with another night feeling that bad.

I'm going to go and re-heat lasagne.
