Mar. 5th, 2005 05:38 pmI wish I could show you all some of the drop-dead gorgeous photos I have for my media project, but alas, irritating frienditto thing scares me. So this is the closest I'm getting:

The Colleen Show is love.
EGOTISM YEAH!
loneraven is fabby. And this is the first colourbar I've ever put up. So there. I also cannot express enough gratitutde to a few people for saving my existence and putting asome stuff up on the scary friendslocky world of photobucket. Yay my friends! Thank you all so much, you lovely people, for putting up with me, and also for the new a scary transition into sitcom world. *coughs* Having negotiated with media teacher, I need to take more photos - but the ones I've got will be brilliant for starting both article and DVD cover. I also need more photos for Easter time, but I will post seperately about that.
My god, I have just written an entire post that no one else bar 6 people will understand. I'm sorry, flist.
Flist! My darlings! I love you all so much. Thank you for putting up with mt academic wibblings. I'm still on a bit of a high, really, and spent much of Friday grinning to myself in the manner of one who has done well. I have to pass the exams yet. Work today was sobering, as always, as I sat there and knew I had to get out before I went mad. This meant that when driving home, I had to go via Asda's in an attempt to Try And Find A New Job. They're not hiring.
My finances are getting pretty dire, and I am in the worst paying chainstore in the Southport and Ormskirk area. This is very depressing, as My Skills are probably worth more than that. To be honest, I am rather incompetent at my job. I'm not got at tils, or store policy, but I'm a good cashier. I like making people happy - they don't deserve a glare just for being a customer. So... yes. I need a new job. Suggestions, anyone? I worked out my finances today and thought about what had to spend this month. There are 5 birthdays. Two of them are sorted, three of them are not and depressingly soon. Plus, general expenses... I will be poor by the end of this. Again. *sighs*
And now, to completing my two pieces of history homework, the unending quest to get rid of the bloody chewing gum from my coat and fill out forms for CRB checks. It never ENDS...
Actually, I know what I wanted to talk about. It's this wonderfully odd progmra that Dad's been taping for me on BBC 4, called "Don't Watch That, Watch This." It's like political satire, but it's manipulated - they'll take a speech and put it to music or throw pieces of footage together to have Oliver Letwin discussing the size of his penis (seriously! all from one speech!) and my personal favourite had to be the ongoing scene in the middle of everything - a phone with a video being played. The video would be Michael Howard, doing the Crazy Frog song. I fell off the sofa I was laughing that hard. To be honest, much of what he says makes me do that, but the sight of Michael Howard going "WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" I think made me break a rib.
And on the note of satire - go Jon Culshaw in Celebrit Fame Academy! Anyone who went to the same school as me (with a gap of perhaps 10 years, but we'll ignore that) and does the funniest impression of George W Bush GOING is a good person by me.
Even if he does sing like a chainsaw.
