Oh, and there are spoilers galore for The Parting Of Ways.
Never liked graffiti. Aware of that somewhere, deep down. Always looked, always frowned and always remembered. So she used that.
Tries to remember what people say. Dead people. Especially after her Dad. Remembered Gwyneth, remembered Jabe, remembered what they were like. So she used that, too.
Horrified at invasion of her mind, helping her understand languages. A machine gets through where a German GCSE couldn’t. So she uses that.
The time-space vortex sets Rose’s mind alight. Everything that was hidden, that was a reaction, that was an instinct, is pushed to the front and use mercilessly, slave only to one thing:
“Doctor! My Doctor!”
