For years, I have had a rather strange CD. I have never known what it is of or where it came from, other than that it is The Essential Sounds of something and that it is green, and the companion CD which is pink is all dancey and basically sucks.

But yes, this CD. I used to like it when I as younger but got bored and left it to rot. In a search for new music, I was looking through my old CDs and found it in an old CD carrycase, since I don't even have a carry case. Using the newfangled wonder of Google, I have actually worked out the playlist. It's fabulous. I recommend it to all. It's some very weird early nineties stuff, actually. Seriously, I remember these bands being big when I was about 9. The only one I recognise now is the Stereophonics, first listen, but then I know a few of these bands. I am Old Skool.

1. Suede - Filmstar
2. Morcheeba - Blindfold
3. The Divine Comedy - Commuter Love (this one is FABULOUS and has been stuck in my head all week)
4. Rare - Seems Like
5. Pelvis - Seconds Of Fame
6. Essen - King Size Blues
7. Gorilla - Outside
8. Stereophonics - A Thousand Trees
9. Supercharger - Rock The Disco (This one is crap, actually.)

In other news... there is no other news. I am bored and studiously ignorined my English revision.

I know suede - filmstar, and LOVE it. I also have it from an album I got when I was young and that's been lying around for ages, I rediscovered it when I put all my music on to my computer so I wouldn't need to move cds backwards and forwards from uni (that was one of the good ones I found, some were very very bad, including a recording of me playing flute that no one will ever hear again ever, ever)

anyway, random ramble over for now (I'm trying to find out how to get to my cousin's daughter's dedication tomorrow, and the transport website is terrible, really hard to use and giving me a headache when I should be in bed having dreams to make up for missing Dr Who. I refuse to get 5 buses just because I want to go to the other side of the city on a sunday!)
