I'm fine and so is Clare. We spoke on the phone to try and sort out some loose ends. To cut a long story short, I'm no longer going on the Phantom trip, we're going to stay civilised due to large amount of mutual friends and that really is it. There's nothing more that can be said.

I hope she's okay. Which is probably churlish of me to say. I thank everyone for the comments they sent me, because they really kept me sane, especially as I had a cry over my mop bucket to myself at work. Now, however, I feel... at peace with the whole thing. I'll feel guilty for a long time, but... what's done is done and you can't change it. If people could keep an eye on her, that'd be great.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try and keep this journal as normal as possible. On that note, I really do need to know about my birthday because my mum is panicking about people sleeping in my house and wants something approaching numbers. She also promises to have bacon in the house for bacon sandwiches the next day. *tempts*

I get paid in two days and I have staff training tomorrow. My cup runneth over.
