I spent all of last night sitting in front of Joan and writing fic. I can't get the voices right in my head, but it's going to have to be posted today and that is the end of it. Eh. I'll take a quick look over it for Bloody Obvious Mistakes that I ignored while frantically typing into the wee hours.

This, of course, meant I woke up a grand total of fifteen minutes to spare before I left the house to go the hairdresser. Hairdresser has promised to make me look fabulous, done a test strip, told me not to panic if I had a reaction, and sent me off into the bleary light of day. I am not going to spoil how my hair will look - a girl has to have some secrets - but hopefully I will look wonderful on Thursday. I promise to bring photos and whatnot, I really do. Unless it all goes wrong.

However! The day was not lost, as I ended up going to Do Lunch with

hammer_strike. I haven't seen in far too long, hence the fact we had some entirely random conversations and ate far too much food and too many doughnuts. I am resisting the urge to explode and instead I am soon to be productive, and actually get some more packing done. It's all scary.

I also haven't bought any stationary yet. I am going into Liverpool tomorrow, I think. Or at least Ormskirk. It needs doing.
