hathycolIt is so damned cold that my car won't start without more effort than I can be bothered puting into it.
This means we still have no food.
I am an orphan for Raisin Weekend and this makes me very upset as it was the one part of the uni life I really fancied getting my teeth into.
I found a Northerner, from Southport and then it turned out he went to Kingswood Private School. I can find Northerners, I can find state educated people, I just can't find both.
I just saw Sarah put onion into the tikka masala mix WTF.
Still can't feel my face properly due to the cold.
HOWEVER.
I have handed in my essay, did a good gobbet in less than an hour and felt like I roughly knew what I was doing in Spanish. Imediate work is three Spanish exercises, some tutorial prep and I should make a start on my essay. However, all I'm going to do is the Spanish, and then my Day Off will begin.
Going on a student protest for ethical investment tomorrow (I was going to go anyway and then I found out they want you to wear gowns for it - SCORE), possibly stalking third years until I get adopted, and then I watch Children in Need for the Who before going out to the Bop. Until Saturday when I start reading for my next essay, I am the relaxation queen. I am going to sort out my room and listen to music while doing so and it will be LOVELY. So nice to have a little time!
Although, to be fair, I am so tired I think I might fall over which will put paid to my lazy evening. Amazing what four hours sleep will do for you. Normally that's how long I NAP for on a Wednesday afternoon.
