Okay. Passed MO1005 - 14.6.
Not as high as I would have liked as it means I've not done as well in the exam as I would have liked, but I won't complain. I completely mucked up that last question anyway.
So! I have stuff to write about, but I need to go and be Florence Nightingale and decamp to Superdrug for things to cure manflu. *pets Simon gingerly* Okay, that's not quite true as I had an entertaining night of trying to break someone else's mildly delirious fever (and got called 'Gillian' in the process - got something to tell me,
nepygill? *grins*) but now I think he is sleeping after I woke him up long enough to ask the question the NHS website told me to.
Mostly, I suspect he has passed this on to me. My oh my that shall make the first week of lectures fun.
And speaking of - apparently, I have register for ME1002 on Monday, because WebCT tells me so, but has no details of such. NO ONE APPEARS TO BE AWAKE OR IN MY HOUSE resulting in me phoning the neighbours ("Hi. I'm not actually next door, I'm in Cambridge. Help") and still not knowing what needs to be done.
Ugh, this sucks. At least people in St A's are just as clueless. Mum? Kim? Any advice? WHAT DO I DO? *flails*
Having one window on the NHS website, one of facebook to look for phone numbers and one of the Russian department says a lot about my current unexpeted level of stress. ARGH. I also had a dream las night that my car got stolen so there's another worry right there. I'm supposed to be going home tomorrow but I need to find this crap out, so what now? Eeep.
ACADEMIC STRESS PLUS BEING NICE IS NOT FUN EVER.

Date: 2006-02-05 01:22 am (UTC)Hehe, great news on your engagement, sorry I'm a bit behind with the well-wishing, just got computer up and running with web at home and have been frantically catching up. Congrats to both you and simon.
And I heard about the car trouble on the way to Edinburgh. Completely sympathise, got my own car a couple of months ago and the damn thing needed almost £200 repair work done within the first week because we bought it from a dodgy guy :(
Hope you're enjoying uni, I'm missing it strangely, I miss the afternoon nap most of all, and the sleep in, then the mid-evening nap after tea. *sigh*, at least I'm not broke anymore.
Yay, I can update my LJ now!
xx
